Cuban Style Pork
- Pork roast
- 1 jar banana peppers
- ground cumin
- black beans
- brown rice
Place pork roast in the crock pot and pour the jar of banana peppers over the roast, add a little ground cumin (I don’t maybe 2 teaspoons) let it cook on low for about 6 hours.
When ready serve over brown rice and black beans.
So simple but full of flavor!
