I think it is important to have a few party favorites that you can throw together at a moments notice. Or maybe it’s just me who forgets that I signed up to bring something until the night before. Either way, I have the easiest recipe to share with you today.
I have never taken these anywhere and brought one home. Everyone loves them and I’m always sharing this recipe with friends.
It’s tried and true and I actually wish I had one now but my healthy eating is standing in the way today. I’ll save those calories for the football parties coming up next month and I’ll probably take a tray of these along with me.
flour tortillas
thinly sliced turkey breast (lunch meat)
whipped cream cheese
a jar of stacker pickles
The specific amount depends on how many you plan to make. The tray above is a pack of 10 large flour tortillas and a large pack of turkey breast. I didn’t quite use the entire jar of pickles or the whole container of cream cheese.
Just lay out the flour tortilla and spread evenly with cream cheese. Then lay turkey, 1 layer thick over the cream cheese. Cut a stacker pickle in half (length wise) and lay it down the middle of the tortilla. Roll the tortilla up (just like you would an enchilada), cut into thirds and enjoy!
See I told you it was easy 🙂

I make these too but I use the spinach tortillas, deli meat & cheese. YUMMY!!!! i’ll have to try the cream cheese…I’ll bet that’s a winner!

My family always has these, but we spread the cream cheese onto the meat and roll the pickle in it. Saves a bunch of calories/carbs and is SO delicious!
