I always, always buy our books from Amazon. The price difference when shopping at Amazon or a book store is crazy. So, I was super excited to see that Amazon has a deal today for $10 off when you purchase $25 (use the code HOLIDAYBOOK at checkout). That’s a fantastic deal, considering their prices are already great.
I rounded up a few of our favorite books for little ones and for the school-age crowd below.
Our book shelf is full and I love to give books as gifts, especially timeless classics. Books never go out of style and they provide so much entertainment for my children. Here are a few tried and true favorites:
The Wonderful Things You Will Be
How Do Dinosaurs Say Goodnight?
Don’t Let The Pigeon Stay Up Late
The Book With No Pictures (definitely my kids favorite)
Pete The Cat (ANY of these books)
Goodnight, Goodnight Construction Site
llama llama red pajama (another great collections, anything in the llama series is gold for little ones)
ANY Dr. Seuss book
The Very Busy Spider (or anything Eric Carle ever wrote)
Where do diggers sleep at night?
And now that BK is reading and exploring chapter books and tons of non-fiction text, we’ve added tons of new books to our collection!
These first three are ones I’m super excited about:
Maya Angelou (LOVE non-fiction books about amazing people!!) There’s an entire Little People, Big Dreams series. They chronicle the lives of famous individuals who started out as a little person with a bog dream. Such a great message for children.
Frieda Kahlo Another from the Little People, Big Dreams Series
ANYTHING by Roald Dahl (we just finished The BFG and then moved right along to )
