I didn’t want to get out of the habit of posting something fitness related each Friday. We’re still going strong with the Paleo. We’re in Level 2 now which means we had to cut out all transitional sauces and beverages, I even completely cut out diet coke. I know, who am I? The great part about Level 2 is that I can still have 2 “open” meals each week.
I took pictures of what I ate on Tuesday and Wednesday to show you what a typical Paleo-day looks like in food form. We’ll be spending the weekend in Chattanooga on a mini-vacation so I’m hoping that next Friday my post is full of Paleo on-the-go tips.
Here’s Tuesday…
My food intake is such a work in progress. Ideally, I would eat 3 meals and 2 snacks but sometimes our days get crazy and I don’t fit all of that into my diet.
I also started the 30 day/300 ab challenge that Shannon blogged about on Tuesday night. So far, Day 2 has been the worst.

hmm looks good. I’ve been somewhat interested in this, but as a vegetarian it would be a little bit more difficult
