I’m linking up with Kelly’s Korner for Show Us Your Life: Breakfast Recipes this week.
Last time I hosted Bunko we had a pajama themed night and therefore the food was breakfast. Let me first say that I love breakfast foods but not really first thing in the morning. I’d rather have breakfast for dinner or another time of the day. Weird, huh? These recipes can all be made the day before which always makes cooking at the crack of dawn a little more manageable.
9 eggs
12 slices bread, cubed without crust
1 tsp. salt
3 c. milk
1 1/2 tsp. dry mustard
1 1/2 c. grated sharp cheese
Another recipe that turned out really good was the Pioneer Woman’s Make-Ahead Muffin Melts. Everyone loved these as well and they can also be made ahead of time, hence the name.
I also made Sausage Pinwheels which are one of my favorite “snacky” breakfast foods. They are SO easy to make!
1/2 lb. sausage
Roll out crescent rolls and seal perforations. Spread sausage evenly over entire surface. Roll lengthwise like jelly roll. Seal edges. Slice in 1/2 inch sections. Place on cookie sheet that has been sprayed with Pam. Bake for approximately 10 to 15 minutes at 350 degrees.

I make this too! And I like breakfast food, but not for breakfast either–I can’t eat that much in the morning.
And I play bunko ๐ love it!

I’m a new follower from Jenna’s. That looks like it was probably a delicious night, and lots of fun.
I agree about eating breakfast at another time of day. I hate to start my day off with such a heavy start, but I don’t seem to mind later in the day ๐

I make that casserole but use hash browns b/c my parents are gluten free. The pinwheels sound fabulous!
