Would you believe we’re back to day 1 over here? I couldn’t let Allen start over alone after his hunting trip this weekend, so we started things over this week. It’s a work in progress, friends.
Here are the links (or recipes) for the breakfast options (lots of the recipes are Paleo, so you may have to make a few substitutions):
Southwestern Egg Scramble- Eggs scrambled with onions, bell peppers, and cumin. Served with salsa and cilantro.
Lunch (Lots of leftovers, we learned last week that leftovers make life easier :):
Chicken Salad- You can find the recipe in this post.
Chopped Salad: Lettuce and as many chopped veggies as you have on hand, grilled chicken, and drizzled with balsamic vinegar and EVOO.
Tuna Salad: 3 cans compliant tuna, 1 shredded carrot, 1 tablespoon balsamic vinegar, 2 tablespoons Paleo mayo, mix together and serve as lettuce wraps.
Dinner (Ill cook a sweet potato or roast veggies to serve with the protein only dishes):

Yum that sweet potato hash looks so good! I just added it to my favorites to make this week. ๐ I follow Whole 30 too, but I increase my nutrients with Arbonne’s nutrition line including a certified vegan (pea,cranberry, and rice) protein shake in the morning. (no dairy/whey, no soy) The soluble fiber really helps me feel more full too!
