This week at Kelly’s Korner “Show Us Your Life” is all about Kids Rooms and Nurseries. I love Braylen’s room and it is definitely one of my favorite rooms in our house. When I was pregnant with Braylen I looked at tons of nurseries to get ideas. My mind would change every day regarding what I wanted her room to look like. I finally decided on her bedding a few days before the painters came. Only because I knew I absolutely had to, if not I still might be trying to decide. Ha! But, I’m glad I chose this I seriously love the way it turned out.
This is Braylen’s room looking in from the door…
I made the initial canvases for above the bed. The bedding is Bananafish Bubblegum from Bed, Bath, and Beyond. The furniture is from JC Penny. I did change the knobs on the drawers they were the same color as the furniture and a little boring so I painted them.

Now, her closet is huge! I’m not quite sure why this bedroom has such a large closet but I don’t mind. As you can see she needs all the room she can get.

One of my favorite things in her room is this blessing ring full of all of the cards from showers and after she was born.
