At the beginning of the year, Allen and I decided to change our eating habits and try to eat whole, clean foods. We decided to start doing better for our children and ourselves. What better way to pass along excellent health than to be great examples? So we completely overhauled our diet and the trickledown effect to our kids has been fantastic. They are eating good foods and trying things I never thought they would. But let’s face it, we have a 6-year-old and 2-year-old living at our house and they just aren’t always into the healthiest choices. There’s a good balance in our house, but we don’t worry too much about anything they might be missing, because they never miss taking their vitamins. My kids love Lil Critters Gummy Vites (and I do, too). Their brand is a fun and delicious way to help support healthy habits in your home. It actually takes 1.5 cups of fruit and 2-3 cups of vegetables a day to meet the recommended daily nutritional guidelines!* That’s a ton of veggies! I love that I can count on these vitamins to supplement my kids’ diet and help my kids stay fueled to go on and do great things every day. I want to be sure that my kids are eating healthy, but sometimes, chicken nuggets win out and I wave the white flag at dinnertime. Or we’re busy and on-the-go and the options just aren’t available to us. Combine those things with having a picky eater in our house and you can see just how difficult it can be to meet those guidelines. It’s such a relief to know that are getting what they need and I don’t have to fuss with them about broccoli at dinnertime. As a mom, I have one million things to worry about and fret about and if I can take just one of those things off of my plate, I am happy to do so. Lil Critters Gummy Vites help establish healthy habits, provide essential nutrients, are great tasting, and are made with natural fruit flavors and colors derived from fruits, vegetables and plants. Lil Critters Gummy Vites have no high fructose corn syrup and no synthetic (FD&C) dyes, and they are gluten free, which is hard to find! Instead of using dyes, the colors are naturally sourced from fruits, vegetables and plants. Not only are they delicious, but it’s something that tastes great and supports healthy habits! You can find them almost anywhere nationwide, including: Costco, Walmart, Target and Walgreens.
Tell me, how do you fuel your kids to do great things? I’d love to hear from you in the comments and you could win a $100 Visa gift card.

My kids love smoothies – I put in a spoonful of apple cider vinegar, along with spinach they can’t taste! I let them pick their fruit – typically its strawberries, pineapple, bananas and blackberries (that they pick in the summertime that I freeze). My kiddos are also 2 and 6 and they both love them!
