He is not here; he has risen, just as he said. Come and see the place where he lay. -Matthew 28:6 As a Christians, Easter holds great worth. It is the day in which we celebrate a risen savior. I can't imagine the sting of death and the pain that God must have felt on that fateful Friday and I'm thankful we serve a risen Savior. I love that verse above for so many reasons, but the words just as he said resonate deeply. We serve that same Lord, the one who rose just as he said. Today, we have that same hope.
