You know I tend to get bored with things pretty quickly, so for me to be so excited about this next round of Whole 30 speaks volumes about the changes I've seen this year. Whole 30 Cilantro Lime Jalepeno Sauce
I had zero intentions of blogging tonight, but I made the most amazing Whole 30 and Paleo approved sauce and I knew if I didn't blog about it right now that it would get put on the to-do list along with all the other posts the need to be written. And y'all. This could not wait. It is seriously delicious and it would work perfect as a dipping sauce or salad dressing or marinade. I was actually sad that I hadn't planned tacos tonight when this came together like it did. Paleo Slow Cooker Brisket + an update
It's been a few weeks since I posted an update on Live Whole 365, our one year commitment to healthy eating! It's going really good, like better than I ever imagined. I definitely didn't think I would be at this point, 6 months into the year. I lost about 15 pounds initially and managed to keep it off, even though I have no idea what I weigh now. I've ditched the scale, my clothes fit better, I feel great, and that's all that really matters. I did join Crossfit at the beginning of this month and it has been amazing.
