It's my week to post over on Instagram for LiveWhole365. Can you believe it's already been 3 months? Even more, can you believe Kristin and I are still sticking with it? Crazy, right? Next time, I plan on showing you another set of progress photos, but for now let's talk about my favorite place to grocery shop. So, it's a good 30 minutes away from my house, and usually insanely crowded, but my love for Trader Joe's runs deep. livewhole365- cider pork (cook once and eat twice)
I went through a little LiveWhole365 funk, not that I've been off the rails with my eating, but we have been eating the same boring things over and over. When we came home from Disney our food was boring and repetitive, but we did a good job sticking to the overall principles of the plan. Thank goodness, I snapped out of it last week and I think it all started when tagged me in a recipe for Cider Pork in sweet potatoes and topped with steamed broccolini. I cooked it and it was fantastic. I made just a few tweaks to the original recipe and it is probably one of my new favorites. LiveWhole365: 7 Day Meal Plan
Kristin has been holding down the LiveWhole365 Instagram and updating you weekly on her blog, she took my week while we were in Disney. Which is a great thing, because as you will soon see on the blog, it wasn't all sweet potatoes and eggs in the land of the mouse. I thought that I would show you a weekly plan. Mainly because it's nice to see it cohesive and in one place, but also because I have a done of people tell me about how hard it is to come up with new ideas and how much they end up spending at the grocery store.
