The other day while browsing Pinterest I saw several people I follow had pinned a recipe for Death by Chocolate. And I remembered that my mom used to make this same, exact trifle. Every Sunday singing at church or family gathering we had, people would always request that she make this. I remember my brother sitting on the counter and eating the remaining Cool Whip straight out of the container. Cinnamon Roll Monkey Bread
I love the idea of Monkey Bread. Just little pieces of bread covered in sugary goodness ready to pull off in bite-sized pieces. It's almost unfair, that concept. Because I end up pulling off a million little pieces all the while thinking that I'm not really eating very much. And then there's the fact that I just can't stop once I start. I'm not making any promises about this being healthy but I can tell you that it was a hit for dinner at our house. So quick and easy too! In honor of Cinco de Mayo....Mexican Chicken From Kelly's Recipes3-4 chicken breasts, boiled and cut into bite size pieces1 can cream of mushroom soup1 can cream of chicken soup1 can rotel1-2 cups cheddar cheesePackage of corn tortillas (small)Tear the tortillas into small pieces and line the bottom of a pan.
