Last Tuesday evening I made a few more freezer meals. I am loving the convenience of pulling a meal from the freezer for dinner and clean-up is a breeze. I still find myself missing actually cooking the meals some nights. I'm trying to work out a better balance where we have freezer meals a few nights and I cook some easy favorites a few nights too.The last round of freezer meals was all about chicken, this time I used ground turkey. You could certainly use ground beef instead, actually most of the recipes call for ground beef anyway. Freezer Meals
Eating at home is something that I absolutely love. I get so tired of eating out and every time our life gets a little busier than normal we end up eating out several nights per week. Bad for the budget and the diet. With my job starting I knew that we would fall into this same routine if I didn't make a solid plan.I've been wanting to try to make some freezer meals to have on hand for nights that I am too busy to cook or I just don't feel like cooking.
