I made this dip this past Saturday for us to snack on while watching football games. It was extremely easy to make and tastes so good. Jubilee Crab Dip
It just so happened that we ended up at the beach in the middle of a crab Jubilee. I had no idea what was going on as Allen and I walked on the beach one morning and noticed an insane amount of blue crabs the lined the water close to the shore. We stopped and talked to a local man who was busy catching crabs in the water. He told us that the crabs didn't normally come this close to the bank, only in the case of a Jubilee. After a little research it was determined that a jubilee occurs sporadically and without much explanation.
