It's been quite some time since I gave you a weekend recap post. This was really one of our last weekends with nothing to do before the baby comes, we'll be on vacation next weekend (so maybe that counts too?), but then the weekends quickly fill with things like baby showers and birthday parties (yes, she's turning four two weeks before the baby comes, I may be an emotional wreck at that point). And Allen's work schedule has been crazy since around Thanksgiving. weekend highlights
We had a great long weekend and I'm up early, ready to finish out this school year. There are about 8 hours that stand between me and summer break and they can't go by quick enough. Then, I'll be scrambling to finalize everything for Disney because we leave next Friday. Here's a quick look at our long weekend: Friday evening I left my classroom packed up and ready for summer. In some ways, I can't believe this year is over and in others, it feels like the year that would never end. I'm ready for summer and a fresh start in August. sort of a weekend recap, sort of a brain dump
I feel like I need to promise you that I'm going to give you something other than bullet points of random thoughts. Let's just get that out the way, I am, I promise. My to-do list for the past month (and up until the 14th of April) is not messing around. I checked a Leadership Day at school off on Friday, but that leaves me with an iPad training session, a trip to Dallas for Blissdom, a technology showcase, BK's 3rd birthday party and a baby shower.
