Confession: I've never been a vegetable eater. That's right, growing up and even up until I did my first round of Whole 30, I didn't eat near enough vegetables. And I knew it, but I thought I didn't like any vegetables, so I stayed with super unhealthy food choices over and over again. buffalo chicken dip: whole 30 approved
I don't know about you, but it seems like my weekends revolve around football and tailgating food. Just one problem, we're in the midst of the September Whole 30 and Whole 30 approved foods always seem to be lacking at the football watching parties. This past weekend, I cooked up a Buffalo Chicken Dip to watch the games. Buffalo Chicken Dip is a quintessential tailgating food. whole 30 chicken and sausage soup
I did a Instagram story series a couple of weeks ago on this soup and it's definitely become the most requested recipe. The problem with Insta-stories is they disappear in 24 hours, but since it got so much traction, I thought I would put it here on my blog, so we'll have it forever. Or for as long as I pay my domain registration fee. I can't take credit, it belongs to my sweet friend, Fran. She got me hooked on it and I've probably made it about a dozen times since.
