Just a quick update -- I totally used 3 cheat days this weekend while we were in Nashville and it was amazing! Except, then it wasn't, you know, afterwards. I am finally feeling great again after eating Whole this week. I obviously need to not go so crazy when I cheat and maybe just stick to a bite or two. I have a whole slew of things that I love in my kitchen. I'm not much for small appliances (no, you can not take up my counter space), but I do love really good tools that make my time in the kitchen easier. I made the most delicious breakfast casserole today, it will definitely go down as one of my favorite Whole 30 approved recipes, and I think we'll be making it over and over again. It's full of flavor, and completely transforms your typical breakfast of eggs and sweet potatoes. Even better? Cook once and have breakfast for the entire week. It's here!! The first day of the LiveWhole365 challenge. I've been a little nervous and anxious about the start of this challenge.
