I mentioned yesterday that I started another round of Whole 30. I'm always looking for new recipes and ideas to avoid getting stuck in a rut during the 30 days. Mexican food is one of my weaknesses. I love nachos and salsa and guacamole and queso and basically everything on the menu. And while I can't have the chips or queso, I still look for ways to indulge in guacamole and salsa. Whole 30: Week 2 Meal Plan

I couldn't let Allen start over alone after his hunting trip this weekend, so we started things over this week. It's a work in progress, friends. Whole 30: 7 Day Meal Plan
I posted a photo on Instagram a few days back while I was planning my Whole 30 meals for the week, and I promised to try and get a sample plan on the blog. Planning is probably the reason that Whole 30 was successful for me the first time. And planning also means we eat 99% of the fruits and veggies and I'm not throwing them out at the end of the week. I like to plan three meals each day, and I try not to snack on Whole 30, but if I do need a snack, I just keep plenty of fresh fruits and vegetables on hand.
