I always laugh when I think back to what it was like to go out to dinner pre-Braylen. When deciding what we wanted to eat was the biggest obstacle at dinner. Oh, these days? Dinner is a little different :). For the record let me just say that Braylen is wonderful at restaurants. Seriously, she does a great job, maybe we haven’t reached that stage just yet but for now its no problem.
We bought a few bibs with a pocket that you can just wipe off the other day at Target. We are really loving them. Tonight she was wearing one and quite a few pieces of her food were saved from the floor by her bib pocket. (Side note: I would have found this completely gross before I had a child, today I am amazed at things that don’t even phase me.)
AND THEN she discovered that it had a pocket…
First, she cleaned it out and started throwing the food to the side. She must have realized it was actually her food in there because then she decided to eat it.
She really got into it…
But when all of the food was gone she wanted it off. I wouldn’t let her take it off and her strong-will came out. Told ya…

That last picture with her arms crossed and the pout? So perfect. Eating at restaurants is a whole different idea now…I’m glad to hear Braylen is good at it!
