Title: 3-in-1: From Fashion to Laundry {review&giveaway}

 

When it comes to fashion there are few things I love more than versatility. I can justify a purchase quickly if I know it can carry me through several seasons and be styled in more than one way. My latest versatile purchase? A pair of mint skinny jeans. I’ve been wearing them this season with thick navy sweaters and a leopard print scarf over bold patterns. I never dreamed I would love a pair of skinny jeans but I am smitten with this particular pair.

As the days warm and the fashion brightens, I’ll be using this pair of jeans to carry me into spring, as well. Inspired by the 3-in-1 aspect of the Tide Pods, I used the one pair of jeans to create three different looks for spring. I paired the jeans with clothes that would carry over into spring. My first look was a bright coral top with mint skinny jeans and crocheted wedge shoes. The coral and mint combination is a little more daring than my normal style but it just reminds me so much of spring.

I dressed the jeans down for my next look, paired with a chambray shirt and sandals. Such an easy outfit that I can throw on for a day of shopping or running errands, even with a busy toddler.

My third look consisted of a navy and mint top with my favorite pair of peep-toe pumps. Perfect for a girls night out or a date with Allen.

  5. I have this bright blue cardigan! I love cardigans, they really do add a punch to any outfit. I use this cardigan when I want to dress up a t-shirt a tad, when I’m going to church and wearing a dress and I need a little extra warmth in the service, or when it’s brisk outside and I’m walking to the downtown district with friends for the night! It’s a perfect winter and springy piece and I wear it basically year round!

  7. I have a black swing cardigan, well, several colors actually, that I can wear with almost anything. I like that I can wear some of my summer pieces on into the winter with the cardigan. I even wear it over a dress to church sometimes to make it more modest!

  8. I have some black leggings that are very versatile. I can wear them with sandals and a sundress for a summer look, with UGG boots and a sweater during the winter, and with sneakers when I exercise.

  12. I’m not the most fashionble person so my gold flip-flops are probably my most versatile piece. I pretty much were them with almost anything. They aren’t shinny so they dress down pretty easily and since they’re gold, they dress-up a little too. From summer dresses to jeans I <3 them and to think I only bought them cause they were on clearance last Sept. for $1.50, I think that makes them even better :).

  15. The most versatile I have is a dark blue tunic. I can wear with everyday jeans or over many colors of leggings. I can even get by with wearing as a short dress.

  21. There is nothing on the planet like the classic white shirt, perfect under suits and classes up your jeans like nobody’s business, works with pants and skirts alike! I really wish there were signs of spring around here, there is snow on the ground!

  28. my black flower leggings. I love them, I can create any look with them. I can wear a t-shirt or tank top with them, a long sweater dress, a denim shirt. I can wear boots, sandals or pumps with them. They look good with anything.

  64. Being pregnant and due in a few weeks, the choices are limited so I will have to go with my jeans. I can dress them up with a nice fitted sweater and flats, or dress them down with loafers and a long sleeve t-shirt.

  88. Those jeans are awesome! I wear my jeeans for different occasions too, and my tops are all pretty versatile. I have a tshirt hoodie that I like to layer with different tank tops in the summer, and pair with sweater in the winter.

  94. I love my cardigans. My ultimate goal is to have one in every color. But my gray long sleeved cardigan is perfect for almost every outfit. It keeps me warm or cold days and light enough for warm days.
