I’m a little embarrassed to admit just how behind I am on this series, but there it is at the top, in plain sight.
So I’m going to give you a quick rundown of the last, oh 8 days…
Braylen is 100% all girl and full of sass. I come home to her dressed up many evenings during the week, but I couldn’t stop laughing at this. How precious. She certainly makes my days brighter.
That same night, Allen worked late so we made a candy corn pizza to celebrate the season.
I don’t think I have a single picture from Wednesday. It was such a hectic day, we attended a memorial service for my grandfather’s brother and I came home and made Halloween favors.
Thursday brought Braylen’s Halloween party for dance class, and she had so much fun. I was excited to finally see her dancing. Kristin posted a few videos on her blog, you can click on her name to see the post.
Braylen and Sophie have become fast friends, they are the cutest together.
Friday evening, we went to dinner with some friends and then treated ourselves to Sweet Frog afterwards.
I managed to make it to a Pure Barre class on Friday and Saturday. I’m also doing a 20-class challenge in November. Possibly because I’m a little insane, but probably because I need it to hold me accountable. I have two other friends doing the challenge with me, so between the three of us, there will be some major accountability. Also, who wants to come clean the mirror in my closet?
Saturday brought about the Pumpkin Patch. It’s never a smart idea to go to the Pumpkin Patch the weekend before Halloween. Trust me on this one.
Even though it was pretty crowded, Braylen had a great time and picked out an enormous pumpkin that Allen had to stand in line with and carry back to the tractor.
We also met up with our neighbor, Brayden. These two have so much fun together.
Sunday we attended Gabe’s Trunk or Treat birthday party.
And ended our day at the rice man. I had to promise that I would cook dinner this week to get to go, the eating out has gone a little overboard in the past month.
On Monday, I had a faculty meeting, apparently Allen made Braylen clean out her own car.
Yesterday was Farmer’s Day at BK’s school. Allen took off and went with her, and I still need to get a picture from his phone. Believe me when I say, she was the cutest farmer I’ve ever seen in her pink John Deere overalls.

Her cleaning out her car is practically the cutest thing I’ve ever seen! Gotta learn at an early age! ๐ Good luck with your 20 day challenge! I can’t wait to hear about it!! I’ve yet to try Pure Barre, but I hope to one day soon. Also, side note, I mentioned you in a post a few days ago, so that’s the post I decided to tag below! It’s nothing major, but I know I enjoy reading what other bloggers have to say about me or when they mention me in a post!
