We’ve had a busy weekend around here, and I’m thankful for this Monday off to regroup and spend a little time with my best girl. I told her we could do whatever she wanted to do today, and she wants to go see a movie. It looks like we’ll be heading to the land of buttery popcorn in a few hours.
I’m going to quickly recap the last few days. On Friday, I put the finishing touches on this fun grouping. I’ll share the details with you later and get you a better photograph of the wall. I love how it turned out, and I’m pretty sure is responsible for every single photo on that wall.
Allen and I watched a little football on Saturday morning, mainly the Auburn game (War Eagle, friends, and that’s big coming from a Bama fan). And then I had to send those two packing so we could have a lingerie shower at the house. Don’t worry, they were well taken care of at Allen’s brothers house and BK had some cousin-time.
Rachel is one of my oldest and dearest friends, and she’s tying the knot in just two short weeks. I can’t wait to be a part of her special day. Her lingerie shower was at the house on Saturday night. Here are a few pictures from the shower.
I love these two girls, we’ve been friends since kindergarten. I can’t help but think that in the next few years BK will be making friends she’ll grow to love and celebrate life with for years to come.
Sunday was such a lazy day. We went to the rice man per Braylen’s request after church Sunday morning, did a little grocery shopping, and I gave in to a chicken salad craving and made a batch for dinner. We ate it on soft, buttery croissants. I’m pregnant, don’t judge.

The underwear garland!! LOL! That is awesome.
Are you and your friend wearing the exact same boots? That is totally friendship right there, buying and wearing the same stuff at the same time.

Your picture wall looks fabulous!! And that cake is beautiful!! I made it home in time to watch the end of the AU game… don’t know that I could officially ever say War Eagle, but I know they are pumped over the win.

The party decorations are so cute! I think I have one friend left to get married, it’s been ages since I got to throw a party. Maybe I’ll have to throw one when Jeremy graduates.
