Oh, hey Day 15.
Two weeks down.
I keep texting to let her know I’m miraculously surviving this crazy LiveWhole365 thing we talked ourselves into. And when I say surviving I actually mean it’s going really good. Like strangely good. I’m drinking black coffee as if it taste like a vanilla latte, and I haven’t had any really strong cravings for anything quite yet.
It’s so different than my last rounds of Whole 30 and I’m going to attribute it to the LiveWhole365 mindset. I know there are cheat days coming, and I don’t feel the need to have a pizza on a random Thursday night. Instead, I’m looking forward to indulging and savoring every single bite when we do have a cheat day.
This time around I stocked my pantry with all of the essentials via Amazon (affiliate links included). It has helped so much to have everything on hand when cooking.
Organic Chia Seeds– These are favorites! I use them for smoothies and puddings. The puddings are perfect to combat snack cravings.
Coconut Oil– What do we not use Coconut Oil for? I use it to cook with on a daily basis.
– Lara Bars in a mini form are just about the cutest little snack you could ask for.
Frank’s ® Original RedHot ® Cayenne Pepper Sauce– Whole30 approved and good for so many things. Buffalo Chicken Wraps, Wings, Eggs, it adds a kick of flavor to all the things.
Payo– I found that purchasing an approved mayo is better for me than making my own. It keeps in the refrigerator longer and I meal prep and cook so much on Whole30 that I like letting someone else do the work for some things.
Thai Kitchen Organic Coconut Milk– Coconut milk is pretty versatile, too! As a coffee creamer or to make soups creamy, added to a Chia seed pudding. It’s always great to have on hand.
Coconut Aminos Soy-Free Seasoning Sauce– The perfect seasoning for stir fries or cauliflower fried rice. It’s another versatile ingredients that you can use for so many things.
RxBar Whole Food Chocolate Sea Salt Protein Bar– These are recommended for emergencies only or on the go when their is no other option. It’s much better than grabbing a cookie or candy bar or snack food at the gas station on a road trip. Not to mention, they’re pretty tasty. The Sea Salt is definitely my favorite.
Tessemae’s All Natural Whole30 Pack– You can grab this on Amazon and skip the shipping. It has every sauce you could need. Ketchup, barbecue, dressings, marinades. We switched out the sauces in our refrigerator with these.

I’m on day 15 and I am so glad that I started! I am feeling great and really loving it so far! Going to get some of those coconut aminos… I cannot find them at my grocery stores (including fresh market)!
