I almost skipped this post, I was texting with Kristin this morning and I was pretty stumped about who I would switch lives with.
But after giving it some thought, I might have a few contenders.
Perhaps someone who can belt it out. If you’re like me and you can’t sing good, don’t you think that would be the coolest thing ever? I would spend all day serenading ALL the people. I’m pretty convinced that Jesus didn’t gift me with that talent because there is no way in the world I would be humble about it. I would sing my order in restaurants, and sing you directions to my house, I would not be able to contain myself.
So Adele, I pick you.
Or maybe I would be one of my kids, they totally have it made. They’re smart an carefree and witty and cute, they can stay in their pajamas at socially unacceptable times. But really, I’d want to know what they were thinking and how they felt, especially as they get older.
How is it for BK at school? What’s she like when I’m not around?
I wouldn’t switch with my husband. No way, he works way too hard.. Maybe I’d be him on a Saturday, but Saturdays are fun for everyone, so I’ll pass.
And I teetered between a few for my final, but I’d really want to switch places with a surgeon. I pass out at the sight of blood, needless require a cold rag and for me to lie down on the table. It would be really cool to see first-hand what their jobs are like, without feeling squeamish at the mere smell of a hospital.
And no, I don’t choose Meredith Grey, I just chose her picture for reference.
What about you? Who would you switch with for the day?

Adele, that’s a good one, although from her songs, she hasn’t had it so good in the relationship department. We just saw her in concert in August and she was fantastic.
