This is the latest I’ve ever sent Christmas cards. I don’t have a real excuse, I just put it off this year. Actually, I put it off so long that I didn’t even think that I would be able to have family pictures made in time. Kamin from definitely saved the day with the pictures. And if you haven’t already put it together, that’s sister. Aren’t they an amazingly talented duo? Seriously so much creativity.
We met Kamin on a dirt road the first weekend in December and it had rained on and off all day long (remember that time we were in a drought for three months. Not anymore). We went ahead with the photos and I am so glad we did.
We didn’t last long at all in the rainy weather, I couldn’t believe the gallery of images I got back from our little session. I seriously fell in love with every one of them!
Especially these that capture the kids personalities so good.
They’ve recently become inseparable, playing well together and loving each other so much. Of course, there are tons of sibling spats, but these two are going to be great friends.
I couldn’t be more happy that we managed to squeeze in these photos. I love how well it captures our family for this year.
After I received the link to my gallery, I forwarded it to for our Christmas card. I couldn’t choose a favorite anyway and I had no idea what I wanted our card to look like. I just asked Kristin to come up with something for us and she sent over this proof:
And I didn’t change a single thing about it! She never disapoints.
I hope our cards will arrive in everyone’s hands before Christmas Day, and the odds look pretty good at this point.
We hope you have merry and bright Christmas!
